Service Description

OptionsMagic provides educational options trading alerts and data analysis. We are NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription: $49/month, billed monthly
7-day free trial (no charge until Day 8)
Cancel anytime - no refunds for partial months
Payments processed via Stripe

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your account secure
Not share your account credentials
Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Comply with all applicable laws

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

OptionsMagic and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
